职位描述

1、负责前驱车工厂装焊车间的热连接技术工作，例如：点焊、螺柱焊、激光焊、涂胶、压铆，拉铆;

Be responsible for MFA Body Shop Join technology job, such as spot welding, stud welding, robbscan, laser brazing, glue, clinch, revelt and so on;

2、参与调试和解决生产过程中出现的连接技术问题，确保连接技术的质量;

Adjust and solve the technology issues during production, ensure all the technology quality;

3、定期对连接设备进行参数排查和标定，以及各类自动程序的调整及优化工作;

Checking and calibrating parameter about manul and automatic equipments, adjusting and optimimazing the automatic program;

4、针对工艺、喷漆、总装及质量部反馈的问题，进行分析，找到根本原因并进行工装优化;

Analyze for the issues that feedback by 、process team、paint shop、assembly shop and quality department, find the root reason and formulate the fixture optimization;

5、在新项目阶段参与新设备的设计会审以及相关支持工作;

In the new project phase will joint the jig and produciton line design audit and related supporting work;

6、领导交付的其他工作。

任职要求

1、理工科专业本科及以上学历，留学生优先考虑; Technical orientated university degree and above,students studied abroad is preferred;

2、专业机械工程及自动化/材料科学与工程/工业工程;

Majoring in mechanical engineering and automation/ Materials science and engineering/Industrial engineering;

3、车制造相关工作3年以上工作经验;

Above 3 years experience in related field;

4、具备项目管理，连接技术, 规划，组织，分析，沟通，管理，领导能力;

with Project management, join technology planning, organizing, analysis, and communication, , management, leadership abilities;

5、熟悉计算机操作(各种office软件)，英语流利。

Good computer skill and familiar with office software, fluent English.
